Division Two leaders Alloa will welcome back John Grant, Mark Brown and Andy Scott for the top-versus-bottom clash after their return from suspension.
But defender Scott Walker is banned and winger Mark Gilhaney out injured.
Clyde director of football Neil Watt: "This is the second time this season I have had to be caretaker, which was never my intention when I came here last summer.
"There are 38 points between the sides just now and, if there are still 38 points between us or even less than that after this game, I will consider that a success."
Alloa Athletic manager Allan Maitland: "It is difficult to anticipate what the Clyde players are going to do as they may well lift their game to impress Neil.
"This is a vital match for us and we had to hit back in injury time to get a draw the last time we faced Clyde."
